On Sunday, May 17, artists from the Savannah VOICE Festival join the ensemble Velvet Caravan for the Jewish Educational Alliance’s Jack Malitz and Miriam Slotin Levy Memorial Concert at Savannah’s Jewish Community Center.
Performing artists from SVF are set to include sopranos Shana Grossman and Rebecca Patrick Flaherty, mezzo-soprano Jessica Ann Best, tenor Paulo Lapa, and baritone Chad Sonka. Dan Gettinger provides musical direction and piano accompaniment, and Maria Zouves directs. The event is free and open to people of all ages and backgrounds.
